The SN74ABT125DR is a quad bus buffer and line driver with tri-state outputs, manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is intended to be used to interface data and control signals between digital integrated circuits. The device has three independent ports, each featuring two bus buffers, two line drivers, and one active high tri-state output. The bus buffers are designed to drive multiple capacitive loads, and their ability to do so is derated with increasing load. The line drivers feature an output resistance of 150 ohms, and provide active pull-up or pull-down outputs, depending on the state of the output-enable pin. The outputs of each port can be individually enabled or disabled for high-impedance states by their corresponding output-enable pins. The device is specified for operation over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and is designed to consume minimal power when disabled.
