SN74AC04DR Texas Instruments

The SN74AC04DR is a four-stage ripple carry binary counter manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is composed of four master-slave flip-flops, which are triggered on the rising edge of the clock pulse. This IC can be used for counting operations and simple timing applications, such as frequency division and generation of multiples of one frequency. For example, it can be used for frequency division of 60 MHz down to 1 MHz.
