The SN74AHC1G14DCKR is an integrated circuit manufactured by Texas Instruments featuring a single Schmitt-trigger inverter. It is a medium speed CMOS device with output drive capability of up to 15 mA. It has an open-drain output which can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement active-high or active-low wired-AND functions or active-low wired-OR functions. The Schmitt-trigger input allows for very clean switching with inputs that go near the rail outputs. The device is capable of operating from 2.0 to 5.5 V and can handle input logical levels from 0 V to VCC. It is available in small SO and VSSOP packages with quiet or very low EMI (electro-magnetic interference). This makes it suitable for applications such as switch debouncing, signal shaping, pulse generation, data communications interfaces, and many other interfaces.
