Additional Infomation About Product

The SN74AHC273N part from Texas Instruments is a low-power 4-bit D-type transparent latch designed for 2V to 6V Vcc operation. It is capable of accepting four lines of data; two independent preset and clear inputs allow for asynchronous operations. It has an output enable input that controls the output from following the data and is capable of driving 15 LSTTL loads. It also has Inhibit Pin that allows for disabling of the two latches independently. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve moderate power consumption.
