Additional Infomation About Product

The SN74AHCT574N is an octal register with D-type flip-flops from Texas Instruments. It is a high-speed CMOS device packaged in both a 20-pin DIP and 20-pin SOIC (small outline). It is designed to be used as a low-power replacement for 74LS574 latches and registers. The device features eight non-inverting D-type flip-flops with individual data inputs, clock inputs, and outputs with complementary-symmetry outputs. It can be used to store status information or data in a static or dynamic RAM, or to pass data between two parts of a system that have different data paths or transfer rates. The SN74AHCT574N also has a busy signal output that can indicate if data is not ready for transfer. The device can operate on a 4.5V to 5.5V supply and has a speed of 4 +- 1MHz. It has an a static power dissipation of 40 mW and a supply current of 30 uA.
