The SN74HC14D is an Soic-14 RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant logic level Gates and Inverters manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a quadruple high-speed CMOS inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs and designed for changing slow input signals to crisp output signals. This component features high-speed operation, low power consumption, and low-noise emissions on operation. It also has an operating voltage ranging from 2V to 6V and a -0.5 V to VCC + 0.5 V input voltage range. Additionally, the SN74HC14D is a low-power Schmitt trigger, ideal for implementing low-frequency signal waveforms with minimum unwanted conversions.
