The SN74LV8154PWR is a 16-bit bidirectional I/O port expandable latch provided by Texas Instruments. It consists of 16 non-inverting 2-input AND/OR ports. These ports can be used as either input or output, allowing for a variety of different configurations. Each port has an active-low enable and an active-high enable. The enable pin will select the desired polarity of the port and allow for greater configuration flexibility. The device operates at 3.3V and 5V logic levels.
