The SN74LVC00APWR from Texas Instruments is a high-performance, low-power 4-bit quadruple 2-input NAND gate. Its pins are designed for a 1.65-V to 5.5-V VCC range, and it meets both TTL input and output voltage specifications. The SN74LVC00A features low propagation delay times and exceptional noise margin, making it well-suited for fast communication and signal processing applications. It is also designed with a high-impedance output state making it suitable for bus-hold applications. The SN74LVC00A is offered in the tiny, space-saving PWP and SOIC packages and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
