TLC2274AIDR Texas Instruments

The TLC2274AIDR is an advanced low-power Quad Operational Amplifier (Op Amp) manufactured by Texas Instruments that is ideally suited for a variety of industrial and consumer applications that require extended battery life. This advanced LinearCMOS™ Rail-To-Rail Op Amp incorporates an improved input stage to minimize errors from large common-mode transients, an improved common-mode voltage range to ensure rail-to-rail tracking, and a wide supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V. It is capable of operating at speed up to 25MHz, and provides low-voltage and low-power operation with a total quiescent current consumption of only 4.6mA/V/channel in normal operation. The TLC2274AIDR is also designed with a wide range of features to improve system robustness, allowing designers to create reliable and cost-effective systems. These features include: input and output short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection, and low input offset voltage. The TLC2274AIDR also features a high output drive current of ±10mA, rail-to-rail output swing, and low distortion.
