Additional Infomation About Product

The TLV62130RGTT is an integrated, positive adjustable Buck switching regulator IC manufactured by Texas Instruments. It contains an integrated 16-VFQFN exposed pad, capable of providing a single output of up to 3A. The output can be set from 0.9V to a maximum of 16V, and the device provides excellent line and load regulation. This Buck switching regulator IC has an included enable pin and an adjustable/fixed PWM frequency. It is capable of working with both PWM and linear modes, and offers an input voltage range of 4.75 to 16V. It also has multiple protection features, including overcurrent and overvoltage protection. Other features include low-noise operation, good efficiency, and thermal shutdown.
