This device provides a typical accuracy of 1%. Packages: 5-Pin SOT-23 The TLV741P is designed to be stable with a small, 1-F output capacitor. 4-Pin X2SON Very Low Dropout: 230 mV at 150 mA The TLV741P provides inrush current control during device power up and enabling. The TLV741P limits Accuracy: 1% the input current to the defined current limit to avoid Low I : 50 A Q large currents from flowing from the input power Available in Fixed-Output Voltages: source. This functionality is especially important in 1 V to 3.3 V battery-operated devices. High PSRR: 65 dB at 1 kHz The TLV741P is available in standard DBV (SOT-23) Active Output Discharge (P Version Only) and DQN (X2SON) packages.
