Additional Infomation About Product

The TPIC6273N is a high-speed, 6-channel, 500V, 1.5A, logic level, power MOSFET driver with self protection from Texas Instruments. It is suitable for PFC applications and includes both logic level disable and dead-time control. It offers a fast propagation delay of 265ns to minimize turn-on losses and is available in an SOIC-14 and a TSSOP-14 package. It is designed to drive power FETs and IGBTs in automotive and industrial motor control, PFC, and other power switching applications. It has extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and has integrated protections such as undervoltage lockout, overcurrent detection, shoot-through-protection and thermal shutdown.
