The TPIC6B595DW from Texas Instruments is a high-side, low-side and inverse output 8-channel power switch made of silicon-gate CMOS technology. It is designed for a wide range of supply and load voltages. It is capable of driving inductive loads with each channel capable of supporting up to 600mA continuously.
