Additional Infomation About Product

The TPS2553DBVT with Power Switch ICs is a power distribution switch manufactured by Texas Instruments. This IC is designed with power saving features and has adjustable current limit, enabling it to effectively limit the input current for various conditions. The device provides an enable pin to enable/disable the switch along with an open drain direct connect feature for an external N-channel MOSFET. The TPS2553DBVT also includes a programmable current limit adjustable through an external resistor. The device also features over-temperature protection, over-current limit flag, USBcompatible current limit, and thermal limiting. This device is offered in 3V, 5V, and 10V operating voltage range with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
