The TPS560430XDBVR from Texas Instruments is a Simple Switcher® voltage regulator with a 600mA switch for buck regulation. It has a high-efficiency sleep mode, and operates from -40 to 125 degrees C. It is ideal for applications that require a small, efficient buck regulator, such as LED lighting, load switch, and point-of-load power. It includes a low drop-out support, an internal power switch, and programmable soft-start with a range of 0.3ms to 6.6ms. It has integrated over-current protection, and thermal limiting protection. This device comes in a 6-SOT-23 package and is capable of driving up to 11 LEDs in series. The device maximizes efficiency with its wide input voltage range of 3V to 36V.
