Additional Infomation About Product

The TPS60200DGSR from Texas Instruments is a switching voltage regulator with a regulated 3.3-V output charge pump. It is a mono-polar switching regulator, which is capable of operating as either Step-up (Boost), Step-down (Buck) or Step-up/Step-down (Buck-Boost) converter. The TPS60200DGSR can deliver up to 2 A of output current and also includes an optional integrated linear regulator to provide additional flexibility in the design of switched-mode power supplies. The TPS60200DGSR provides programmable switching frequency over a wide range (100 kHz to 1.2 MHz) with user-selectable low and high frequency operation. The device includes an internal soft-start feature to minimize inrush current and contains several features to optimize solution size, reduce external component count, minimize circuit complexity and improve system reliability. It also features a low power shutdown mode that reduces power consumption even further.
