is an 8-pin metal can controller designed to generate pulse-width modulation (PWM) waveforms. Its features include PFM and frequency foldback modes, temperature compensation and soft-start capabilities, and an available dual output. The device utilizes a current-mode control method, providing fast transient response and frequency-compensation-free response to load changes. The UC2843DTR also offers programmability features such as programmable soft-start times, adjustable maximum frequency, and programmable dead-time. Additionally, the device is offered in Ultra-thin Flat Package (UFP) versions, providing additional board space savings. The UC2843DTR is designed to operate in a wide variety of switching power conversion applications, such as voltage regulators, DC-DC converters, motor control, and lighting control systems.
