The UC2844D8TR with Texas Instruments Switching Controllers Current-Mode PWM Controller is a high-performance current-mode controller for use in regulating switch-mode power supplies. The device features a precise on-time buffer circuit, low start-up current, internal soft start, and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. It also includes under-voltage lockout, indirect sensing with a unique automatic voltage positioning feature, and an oscillator for high-precision timing. It operates from a supply voltage up to 40V. The UC2844D8TR is thermally protected and is available in 8-pin PDIP, SOIC, and 32-pin TQFP packages.This product is ideal for flyback and other non-isolated converters, as well as boost, forward, half-bridge, and push-pull converters.
