The UCC2805QDRQ1 is a switching controller auto-cat low-power BiCMOS current-mode pulse width modulated (PWM) device manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is designed to manage power conversion applications operating at frequencies up to 500kHz. It is capable of providing up to 96% efficiency when placed in discontinuous current mode and up to 98% in similar environment. The maximum output switch current for this part is 370mA. The UCC2805QDRQ1 includes a variety of protection features including undervoltage, overvoltage, brown-out, maximum peak current, maximum duty cycle, and maximum frequency protection. Additionally, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified and is available in a TSSOP-16 package for space-constrained applications.
