Additional Infomation About Product

The XTR105PA is an integrated transimpedance amplifier (TIA) designed for optical fiber communications applications. This part is manufactured by Texas Instruments and has several features designed for increased performance and reliability. It is designed for low power consumption and is self-biasing. It has a wide common mode range from -12V to +15V and has a low noise pre-amp stage with a working gain of 50V/A. It also has a built-in feed-forward error amplifier (FFEA) for improved dynamic range. The maximum supply voltage is 16V and the average power dissipation is 2.5mW. The XTR105PA is ideal for applications such as long haul applications, burst mode receivers, and 10Gbps long reach systems.
