Additional Infomation About Product

The K60DT004L is a BGA device from Thermaltronics. It is a 60V, 8-pin NPN Darlington Transistor Array which is used for high voltage/current applications. The device consists of four Darlington transistors arranged in a single package. It features high speed switching, low on-resistance and low saturation voltage. It operates over a wide temperature range and is designed to work in noisy environments. The K60DT004L is suitable for motor and power supply control, lamp and heating element control, battery chargers, and many other applications.
