The TM1723 is a monolithic integrated circuit LCD Driver capable of driving standard and custom LCD displays. It is designed to operate as a “single chip solution” for display requirements, and is available in a compact SOP-32_300mil RoHS package, which reduces board spacing and increases reliability. The device is manufactured by Titan Micro and performs display control functions such as scanning display data, setting up LCD drive waveforms, and providing backlight control. It is built with a 32-bit ARM microcontroller core, which provides faster operation for complex display control tasks. The TM1723 supports up to 600 segments, 320×240 pixel resolution, and five bias select lines to ensure maximum compatibility with various LCDs. The device also supports wide input supply voltage rage and is ECOPACK®, RoHS compliant.
