Additional Infomation About Product

The TMI3108 is a RoHS certified, DC-DC Converters SOT23-5 manufactured by Taiwan Microelectronics International Co., Ltd. (TMI). It is a 2.2V to 5.5V single output step-down converter with low power dissipation and high accuracy regulation. It is designed to provide high efficiency and low output ripple for the most demanding space-constrained applications. The device includes a limit circuit that prevents output overcurrent and 3ms soft-start circuit, which eliminates inrush current. It also offers adjustable operating frequency that increases conversion efficiency and some protection features such as UVLO, OVP and OTP. The TMI3108 is ideal for low-noise, low voltage/current applications.
