Additional Infomation About Product

The XC61CC3002MR-G is a voltage detector manufactured by Torex Semiconductor with supervisory circuits to detect low quiescent currents. The device is made of power MOS transistors, and is capable of precise voltage detection. The voltage detector has adjustable detection threshold and hysteresis, and can set the detection voltage over a wide voltage range (2.6 to 11.5V). It is suitable for use as a reset circuit for a variety of electronic circuits. It also features a low operating current of 0.45uA, and has a reset output delay time of 1.6ms (typical). The device is available in a variety of packages such as SOP, SOIC, QFN, and TQFN.
