The 74LCX373FT(AE) is a high-speed, low-power, low-voltage, octal-latch transient voltage suppressor from Toshiba. This device features 8 non-inverting D-type latches with 3-state outputs for memory applications. Its low voltage operation, wide -4.5V to 5.5V range, allows direct interfacing with multiple voltages. It also has a maximum propagation delay time of 10ns at 4.5V and 5.5V. The 74LCX373FT(AE) is compatible with the JEDEC standard and is supported by the industry’s most popular Bus protocols, like PCI and VXI. The device also boasts high signal integrity and low noise, translating into excellent system performance.
