The 74VHC132FT with Logic Gates SCHMITT NAND GATE manufactured by Toshiba is a quad CMOS logic integrated circuit designed to provide high-speed operation with low power consumption. The gate provides Schmitt trigger input buffers for improved noise immunity and hysteresis in the logic levels. It features 2–5.5V operating voltage and is designed for high noise immunity and quality level compatibility with TTL logic. The device features two input Schmitt trigger gates, allowing reliable operation under a wide range of operating conditions. The Schmitt NAND gate utilizes a unique design that maintains optimum speed, power consumption, and noise immunity. This enables the gate to draw minimal current when operating at extremely high operating speeds.
