TB62216FNG TOSHIBA BiCD Integrated Circuit Silicon Monolithic TB62216FNG PWM Chopper-Type Motor Driver IC The TB62216FNG is a motor driver using internal PWM signals. The TB62216FNG is capable of driving 2 DC brushed motors. Fabricated with the BiCD process, the TB62216FNG is rated at 40V/2.5A. The internal voltage regulator allows control of the motor with a single VM power supply. Features HTSSOP48-P300-0.50 Monolithic IC by using BiCD process PWM controlled constant-current drive Package weight: 0.21g (typ) Low on-resistance of output stage transistor is low by using BiCD process. High Voltage and current (For specification, please refer to absolute maximum ratings and operation ranges) Thermal shutdown (TSD)over-current shutdown (ISD), abnormally current detection (VRS) and power-on reset (POR) Built-in regulator allows the TB62216FNG to function with only VM power supply. Able to customize PWM signal frequency by external condenser. Package: HTSSOP48-P300-0.50 Note) Please be careful about thermal conditions during use.
