Additional Infomation About Product

The TC7S66FU,LF(T) is an 8-bit, high-speed logic IC manufactured by Toshiba for use as signal switches, multiplexers, and decoders. It is a RoHS compliant product that is widely used for data and signal applications. The IC has an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and is available in a surface-mount 7-lead SC-74A package. It has an output Disable input, a power supply (VCC) Over Voltage Detection circuit, and a Feedback Bypass circuit. The circuit works by converting an input signal into 8 binary outputs and can switch up to 20MHz of data. It is designed to deliver high-speed switching performance and has a low power consumption of 8 mA (max).
