The TLP719F(TP,F) is an optocoupler integrated circuit manufactured by Toshiba. It is in the family of the TLP700 series and consists of an LED, an input terminal, a base drive section, a current transfer ratio (CTR) improvement circuit, an output transistor, and an output terminal. It is designed for DC input and its output can be used for corresponding digital circuits or for driving power devices. It is suitable for use in up to 5.5V input applications, but can also be used for 3.3V input applications.
The TLP719F has a high insulation voltage of 3750Vrms, a small package size of 4.4mm x 6.4mm, a low Tj max of 150°C, and a high common mode noise immunity. Additionally, it features an LED off-state output voltage from 1.0V (max) at 5.5V input to 1.6V (max)at 3.3V input. The TLP719F can be used in numerous applications, such as switch systems, logic circuits, gate circuits, and sensor detection circuits.
