55PP Tower

" The 55PP tower is a custom built 3 stage tower designed for mobile and portable applications. This tower features a 4.5 x 4.5 foot square steel base plate with corner gusseting for added strength and stability. At the top of the tower is a 15-foot section of telescoping galvanized tower comprised of 3 sections of 5-foot sections which can be adjusted to reach a total height of 55 feet. The base section of the tower is secured to the ground with four augers which are driven through pre-drilled holes in the base plate to provide additional stability. The middle section of the tower is braced to the lower and upper sections with 12mm guy wires to provide additional stability and prevent swaying. The upper section of the tower is secured to the existing structure with a clove hitch style cable bolt system, providing a secure attachment and improved antenna performance. The tower is designed to support both tower climbing safety harnesses and wind turbine systems, depending on the application. Finally, the tower features a 1,500-pound-rated Capacity Winch system for lifting and lowering of heavy loads.
