The Toyo 4301-1 is a medium-temperature caulk that is used to seal and fill gaps and cracks between surfaces in high-temperature applications. This sealant contains an organic-acid copolymer base, mixed with organic-acid based monomers, and specialty resin. It provides low shrinkage, excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces, and is temperature resistant up to 600°F (316°C). It is smoke- and odor-free when cured, making it suitable for indoor applications, and has strong gap-filling capabilities. It can be used for various sealing and gasketing applications, bonded with contact adhesive, and is also excellent for use in vibration- and acoustic-damping applications.
