The TP8006ST25P is a series of LED Drivers manufactured by TPOWER in a SOT23-5L package and RoHS compliant. It can drive up to 25mA of current from a voltage input range of 2.2 – 5.5V and is used to regulate current output that supplies one or more LEDs with constant current and optimal brightness. The device features over temperature, over-voltage, over-current, and short circuit protection. It can be used for backlight applications, LCD panels, signs, and lighting devices.
