The ES3J with SMC (DO-214AB) Diodes – Fast Recovery Rectifiers ROHS is a two-terminal device manufactured by TWGMC. With a diffusion-bonded construction, the device has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600 volts. As a fast-recovery rectifier, the device is suitable for high-frequency switched mode power supplies (SMPS). It possesses a double diffused construction, low leakage current, and high-power dissipation, enabling high-efficiency operation. As a RoHS compliant component, it is free of hazardous substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, and hexavalent chromium compounds.
