The SI2305 is a small signal MOSFET transistor in a SOT23 (Small Outline Transistor) RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) package manufactured by Taiwan GMT Corporation. It has a low gate charge, low output capacitance, and high breakdown voltage, making it suitable for a variety of applications. This device has an average gate charge of 8.7 nC, an average output capacitance of 18.5 pF, and a maximum breakdown voltage (BVdss) of 20V. It is ideally suited for low voltage, high current switching applications such as small DC to DC converters and pre-drivers in motor control circuits. It is also suitable for low power audio amplifiers and in load switch/logic level shifting applications. It is available in standard, lead-free, and Halogen-free packages.
