Additional Infomation About Product

SMCJ10A is a surface mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode produced by Taiwan General Microelectronics Corp. (TWGMC). It is a RoHS compliant semiconductor device that is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from overvoltage transients. The SMCJ10A can protect circuits against voltage spikes up to 1.5kV for both unidirectional and bidirectional applications. The rugged glass silicon chip construction makes it well suited for operation in a wide temperature range and high humidity environments and it is qualified for high endurance applications. It has a fast response time and a low positive or negative stand-off voltage of 8-11V, and comes in an ultra-small SMC package.
