The CHR3762-QDG is a monolithic integrated circuit from United Monolithic Semiconductors (UMS). It is designed to be used as a 3.2V high performance temperature-independent linear Hall-effect sensor with extremely low power consumption. The CHR3762-QDG incorporates high magnetic field sensitivity, very linear response over a wide temperature range, low power operation, and digital output. It works in both serial peripheral interface (SPI) and I2C output modes, and its response time is less than 10µs due to its low power on-chip circuitry.
