The AO4407A is a 30V 11.6A 12.5mO@10V, 11.6A P Channel SOP-8 MOSFETs ROHS manufactured by VBsemi Elec. It is a surface-mountable MOSFET with an RoHS package (Lead-free) providing improved performance over traditional discrete models. The device has a high drain source voltage of 30V, maximum continuous drain current of 11.6A, and a low typical on-state resistance of 12.5mO@10V. This MOSFET also has an avalanche energy rating of 15mJ, which helps protect the device against both electrical overstress and thermal runaway.
