The VIA EMIO-2550-01A1 is an embedded microcontroller module designed for applications requiring high-performance highly-integrated power solutions. The module integrates a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore processor, a Mali-400 GPU, two gigabytes of DDR3 SDRAM, a 32-bit RISC-V CPU, and up to 64 gigabytes of onboard flash memory. The module is designed to minimize system cost, power consumption, and size while maintaining a high level of system performance. Additionally, the EMIO-2550-01A1 is compatible with VIA’s Valence suite of software including ready-to-run Linux BSP, device drivers, and diagnostic programs. A range of connectivity and I/O options are available, designed to support a variety of applications including machine vision and automation, industrial control and automation, medical monitoring, and home automation.
