Description Features & Benefits Wide Input Operating Ranges PI33/PI34/PI35xx ZVS Buck Regulators offer boardlevel designers maximum power density and flexibility for highefficiency 12V nominal (8 18V ) IN IN pointofload DC DC regulation. The integration of a 24V nominal (8 36V and 14 42V ) IN IN IN highperformance Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) topology increases 48V nominal (30 60V and 36 60V ) IN IN IN point of load performance, providing best in class power efficiency 40 to 125C temperature operating range up to 98%. ZVS Regulators are highly integrated with control 55 to 125C temperature operating range circuitry, power semiconductors and support components in a highdensity LGA System in Package (SiP). Simple to Use Fast Development Time Internal compensation few external components Power delivery can be further increased by interleaving multiple buck regulators using single wire current sharing. The ZVS No additional design or additional settings required topology enables high frequency operation maximizing efficiency High Efficiency by minimizing the significant switching losses associated with conventional hardswitching buck regulators. The high switching >96% peak 48V to 12V IN OUT frequency of the ZVS Regulators reduces the size of the external >96% peak 24V to 12V IN OUT filtering components, improving power density while enabling >95% peak 12V to 5V IN OUT fast line and load dynamic response. These regulators maintain Light-load and full-load high-efficiency performance high switching frequency all the way up to the rated input voltage Flexible and Rich Feature Set without sacrificing efficiency and, with its 20ns minimum on time, supports stepdown conversion for input voltages up to 60V.
