The CS10FTHTR030 is a model of electric range from Viking Range. It is a 30-inch range that features a 4-burner cooking surface, and is designed with a professional look, in stainless steel and black trim. The range features a water-resistant, professional-grade stainless-steel construction, and a variable broil system for more control over broiling temperatures. It has four sealed burners including a 4,400W Power Element, a 3,000W Element, and two auxiliary elements. The oven has a 4.7 cubic foot capacity and three different heating elements for better baking and cooking results. The control knobs are constructed of a sturdy, die-cast metal, and the oven's sensor probes make monitoring and controlling internal oven temperature simpler and less risky.
