Additional Infomation About Product

The CS12FTFSR390 is a Viking delayed egress electromechanical mortise lock. It is designed for use on doors that require a delaying access for safety or security reasons, such as access control systems. The lock has a built-in, non-handed, 12-volt solenoid that triggers when an access control system is tripped and keeps the latch in the locked position. The delayed egress feature prevents unauthorized exit until the delayed time has expired. The lock also has an adjustable delay, from one to 90 seconds, and an adjustable latch projection length from one to 36 inches. The lock is made from high-grade stainless steel, and features an easy, quick installation.
