It features a stainless steel finish and four open-style heavy-duty cast iron burners with aircraft quality aluminum lids. The four cast iron burners include two Simmer Burners with a 510 BTU rating, two High Output Burners with a 10,300 BTU rating and a RapiDura Heat Induction Element with a 3500 watt rating. The Flame Disc Technology helps disperse heat more evenly and reduce flareups for better cooking control.
