The PCS74MT221 is a general-purpose 4-input NAND gate made by Viking GP. It features Schmitt trigger inputs, a low power TTL/CMOS-compatible input/output structure, and a maximum propagation delay time of 7ns. The PCS74MT221 is able to operate over a wide voltage range of 2.5 to 6.0V, and is particularly useful in the design of logic circuits that require logic elements with fast switching speeds within a shrinking voltage range.
