speaker 1. Cone: This is a key part of a speaker, which is responsible for creating sound waves. Its shape and material play an important role in the sound quality of the speaker. 2. Magnet: The magnet is responsible for generating a magnetic field, which helps generate an electric current to power the speaker. 3. Surround: The surround is a dampening material surrounding the cone, which absorbs any soundwaves that don’t make it to the listener’s ears. 5. Tweeter: The tweeter is a tiny speaker located in the center of the speaker. It is responsible for producing high frequencies and bringing out the detail in the sound. 6. Spider: The spider is a flexible component that is attached to the voice coil and the cone. It helps maintain the cone’s position and its movement during operation. 7. Terminals: Terminals are metal posts which are used to connect the speaker to another device, such as an amplifier or record player. 8. Frame: The frame is a metal or plastic structure surrounding the speaker components that helps hold everything together.
