The BYW72-TAP is a PNP Medium-Power, Transistor Array from Vishay. It features two medium-power PNP transistors in a single package, making it suitable for the most common circuit designs. The transistors have internal ESD protection, allowing them to handle high voltages without adversely affecting performance. With a nominal voltage drop of 500 mV and a maximum power dissipation of 750 mW, the transistor array can be easily used in high-current applications.
