The Vishay CNY64B series are Transistor Output Optocouplers Phototransistor Out Single CTR 100-200%. Optocouplers are electrically isolated devices that use a light-emitting diode (LED) to optically couple the output of one circuit to the input of another. The CNY64B series features an isolation voltage of 5kV and a common-mode transient immunity of 8 kV/µs. It offers a high current transfer ratio (CTR) of 100-200%. Its maximum output current is 10 mA collector-emitter saturation voltage is 50 Vc, and maximum collector-emitter voltage is 80 Vc. The optocoupler offers a fast response time of 1.2 µs and a low coupling capacitance of 0.2 pF CCE. It is available in an 8-pin DIP package and is RoHS compliant.
