DG2034E www.vishay.com Vishay Siliconix Power Down Fault Protected, 1.8 V to 5.5 V, 2.5 , 4-Channel (4:1) Multiplexer DESCRIPTION FEATURES The DG2034E is a four-channel multiplexer that operates 2.5 switch on-resistance with a single 1.8 V to 5.5 V power supply. It features power 7 pF source-off capacitance down fault protection that prevents excessive current flow 27 pF comm-off capacitance when V+ is to ground. 33 pF comm-on capacitance The devices low power dissipation and wide voltage range 13 ns turn-on time make it ideal for use in battery powered products. The ultra low capacitance and charge injection of the switch make it -2 pC charge injection an ideal solution for data acquisition and sample and hold -67 dB off-isolation at 1 MHz applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. -71 dB crosstalk at 1 MHz Low switch resistance and fast switching speeds, together 166 MHz bandwidth with high signal bandwidth, make the DG2034E suitable for video signal switching. 8 kV ESD / HBM The DG2034E switches one of four inputs to a common 400 mA latch-up current output as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines: A0, A1, and EN. Each switch conducts equally well in both BENEFITS directions when on, blocks input voltages up to the supply Power down fault protection level when off, and exhibits break before make switching Low parasitic and charge injection action. Wide operation voltage range The devices high ESD and latch-up current capability make it more reliable in designs where the part sits close to the High ESD tolerance interface.
