Additional Infomation About Product

The Vishay DG445DY-T1-E3 is a CMOS quad SPST (Single Pole/Single Throw) analog switch. It features high impedance analog switching and low on-resistance with two separate control voltage ranges. This switch is ideal for high speed and low power projects, such as audio switching, DACs, or amplifiers. The maximum on-state resistance is just 110 ohms, and it has a wide power supply voltage range of between 4.5 and 16 volts. This switch also features fast switching times (20 ns slew rate) and low channel-to-channel isolation. It is provided in a small, 8-pin SOIC (Small Outline Integrated Circuit) package.
