Additional Infomation About Product

The DG467DV-T1-E3 is a bidirectional optocoupler module manufactured by Vishay. It features a high common-mode transient immunity of up to 25kV/µs. The device is designed to detect the presence of low-level signals, especially those generated by switches or other sensors. It has a SO-8 package and uses a LED/photodiode pair as the optical interface. The LED has a current transfer ratio (CTR) of 20 mA/W typical, and a CTR range of 10 to 50 mA/W. The optocoupler also includes an integrated ESD protection circuit.
