DG9232, DG9233 Vishay Siliconix Low-Voltage Dual SPST Analog Switch DESCRIPTION FEATURES Low voltage operation (+ 2.7 V to + 5 V) The DG9232, 9233 is a single-pole/single-throw monolithic Low on-resistance - R (on): 20 CMOS analog device designed for high performance DS Fast switching - t : 35 ns, t : 20 ns switching of analog signals. Combining low power, high ON OFF speed (t : 35 ns, t : 20 ns), low on-resistance (R : Low leakage - I : 200 pA max. ON OFF DS(on) COM(on) 20 ) and small physical size, the DG9232, 9233 is ideal for Low charge injection - Q : 1 pC INJ portable and battery powered applications requiring high Low power consumption performance and efficient use of board space. TTL/CMOS compatible The DG9232, 9233 is built on Vishay Siliconixs low voltage ESD protection > 2000 V (method 3015.7) BCD-15 process. Minimum ESD protection, per method Available in MSOP-8 and SOIC-8 3015.7 is 2000 V. An epitaxial layer prevents latchup.
